Awesome atmosphere and well worth the membership fee. Great place to come and hang out all day. Had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend there with them.
Life is just better at the Sandbar!!! The BEST bartenders, gorgeous views of the lake, talented entertainment and delicious food!! Its a hidden gem and the owners are kind enough to share their slice of heaven with the rest of us!
This is a 5 star review and shout out to owners response to the 1 star review that was posted 1 hour ago. I am currently sitting on the beach at Sandbar Beach Club and grill as a first time guest. The 10 annual fee is more than fair for the great atmosphere, service, and upkeep of this establishment. My husband and I are currently discussing becoming full members. This is exactly what I needed on this Friday night - a 20 minute drive from my house in Nashua with the hope of having a place to come and have a great summer. Kudos to the staff, groundskeepers and owner. You'll be seeing us again and again.
What a local beach gem! As someone who looks forward to my summer fun at the Naswa in Laconia each summer I can say that I’m sure I’ve found my local, beach casual go to! I went once and that’s all it took to become a gold member. Not up for membership? No problem! If you’re just exploring for the first time no one will hassle you about not being a member. Everything - and I mean everything - was awesome about our experience. View and vibe ... I felt like we were on vacation! Service? Megan was killer and on top of everything. Food? Menu was diverse and everything was delicious. Highly recommend the coconut margarita, Caesar salad and veggie burger. Can’t wait to spend my summer at the Sandbar!
Had an amazing server Jayden who was running around in 95* weather. We were able to leave and use the kayaks and paddle boards and when we returned she was ready to serve us. We stayed for 7 hours. Don’t forget to tip for your server for not just the tab but time at the table!!!
I was driving through the area and this place popped up on the map. The pictures looked interesting so I figured I would go check it out. Couldn't believe we could drive to this little neighborhood and come to this gem. What a great spot on the water. It's the type of place you're looking for all summer. The food was great. The drinks were good and the service was the same as everywhere else. That beautiful text and beach side tables . Also had entertainment on the deck.So nice Just sitting out on the beach so close to home.
Staff & owner were super friendly. Beautiful view. Not a big deal if your not a member you just pay the 10 for the year thats added to your bill. The waiter was super attentive which is opposite of what the reviews i had read said. The food was good could have been hotter but the haddock was fresh and tasty no complaints. A nice day with friends. Will go back. Oh ya and live music playing.
I recently experienced Sand Bar with friends and it was great! Kids were able to swim and paddle board or kayak, while we enjoyed watching them from the seats on the beach. There are two restaurants and a cabana area with some activities. Everyone is super friendly. From my understanding, this is a place where you need a membership to visit or be a guest of a member. It’s located in a residential area and, even though they offer parking across de street, it can be challenging on busier days.
